Francis is a Managing Partner of Milton Street Capital, where he is a member of the Investment Committee and oversees all firm activities including fundraising, investing, portfolio company management, and people development. Prior to co-founding Milton Street in 2016, he spent 11 years with The Sterling Group, where he participated in 6 platform investments and numerous add-on acquisitions, representing a total enterprise value in excess of $2 billion.

Paul is an independent director for Kreg Therapeutics. Across healthcare technology and life sciences markets, Paul has a proven track record for building high performing business teams, achieving successful global market expansion, EBITDA, and CAGR growth objectives. Paul’s career spans GE Healthcare, Life Technologies, and Hillrom. His last assignment was SVP, President – Patient Support Systems running a category leading $2 billion portfolio.

Hunter is Senior Partner of Milton Street Capital, where he is a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to co-founding Milton Street in 2016, he was the Managing Partner of Crane Nelson, a middle market private equity firm in Houston, where he led the investment in AgileCraft LLC and co-led its subsequent sale to Atlassian, Inc. Additionally, Hunter spent 20+ years with The Sterling Group, which he joined following the sale of Fiber Industries, where he served as Vice President of Administration and General Counsel.

Craig Poulos is the founder of Kreg Therapeutics (KT) and Kreg Medical (KM). As a diehard entrepreneur, he launched KT in 1996 without a single customer. His ultimate vision was to provide game-changing hospital beds that would help speed recovery for the most challenging patients.

Craig was the sole proprietor and president for both companies through 2021 and continued to serve both companies as the lead inventor and CEO through August 2022. He has been awarded over 20 US and international patents in the field of electromechanical medical devices for specialty hospital beds and mattresses, with six additional pending.

Craig received his MBA from DePaul University. He currently serves on the board of directors for KT and as president of Moxi Ventures Inc. and Ellias Capital LLC.

Christian Jorgensen joined Kreg Therapeutics as CEO in September 2022. His mission is to make Kreg Therapeutics the best alternative for hospitals to manage their complex patients. Prior to Kreg Therapeutics, Christian was the VP/GM of the Respiratory division at Baxter, in charge of leading the transformation from a respiratory device business into a chronic disease management organization. Prior to this role, he was the VP/GM of Latin America at Hillrom, where he received two CEO Awards for Outstanding Achievement for the execution of an extraordinary business turnaround. Before joining Baxter, Christian worked for Cardinal Health, a $140 billion Fortune-50 medical device manufacturer and distributor. He spent 8 years at Cardinal Health transitioning from numerous strategic and commercial market expansion roles.

Meghan Devereux, Director of Human Resources, has been with Kreg for 5 years and involved in recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, training, and everything in between. Prior to joining Kreg, Meghan spent 10+ years in retail training and development as well as full cycle hiring, scheduling and business development. She worked for Ascena and Limited Brands , among others, and was featured in their holiday print marketing campaign in the early 2000’s.

In 2021, Meghan received her SHRM-CP certification as a SHRM Certified Professional and is continuing her development towards a SHRM-Senior CP certification.

When Meghan is not at Kreg, she loves spending time with her family and her 12-year-old daughter Aubrey. They love to spend time together, hosting parties, competing in dance and staying active.

Justin serves as the Regional Vice President for the West here at Kreg, bringing over two decades of sales experience across diverse industries, including finance, manufacturing, and the medical device and software sectors.  His journey in sales commenced in the dynamic realm of finance, equipping him with the skills and insights crucial for success. Over the years, he expanded his horizons into manufacturing, and eventually, the highly specialized fields of medical devices and software. This multifaceted background has uniquely prepared him for the challenges and opportunities we face in the modern business landscape.

Prior to joining Kreg, he had the privilege of working for Medidata and Hillrom in the Respiratory Care division.  At Medidata, he worked with some of the top Biotech companies in the country helping support clinical trials in oncology.  During his tenure at Hillrom, mobility played a pivotal role in their mission where he achieved significant milestones:

• Multiple years as a recipient of the prestigious President’s Club Awards, a testament to his dedication and excellence in driving results.
• Played a crucial role in the successful launch of innovative new products, contributing to the growth and evolution of Hillrom’s portfolio.

He is based in sunny Southern California with his wife, a dedicated pediatric nurse. In 2023, they welcomed their first child, and he is eagerly look forward to introducing him to the joys of the golf course and coaching his sports teams in the near future.

Rob LaMielle, Vice President of Service and Operations, brings 30-plus years of experience in Medical Device Field Services to the Kreg Therapeutics Service and Operations organization.

Prior to joining the Kreg Therapeutics team in December 2022, Rob held the roles of Director-Global Services at Baxter International and Area Vice President of Service for Hillrom Corporation. Rob’s years of successful experience and recognized expertise drives continuous process improvements, leads organizational change, and develops and supports strategic planning for growth, along with executing key operational initiatives.

His passion for leading successful teams is complimented by a deep understanding of the critical importance of a field operations team that delivers total commitment to providing best-in-class customer service for caregivers and their patients.

Rob, his wife, and three children live near Denver Colorado.

Jason Natale, Regional Vice President of Sales, brings 15 years of experience, expertise and success in medical sales and marketing to Kreg.

Prior to joining our team, Jason served as Orthopedics Regional Manager at Stryker. During his tenure, Jason developed and led an award-winning sales team, receiving back-to-back Region of the Year Awards. Jason also earned the World Class Sales Leader Award, three years consecutively, in recognition of his leadership, talent development and goal achievement.

In addition to his illustrious career at Stryker, Jason has held key positions in product sales, market development, and sales enablement at Johnson & Johnson and Synthes. A passionate change agent, Jason successfully managed M&A activities, corporate integrations, and organizational structure redesigns throughout his career in healthcare.

Jason lives in Philadelphia with his wife and three children and holds a Master of Education in Biomechanics from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine from Springfield College.

Bob Ozelie, Chief Financial Officer, joined Kreg with over 15 years of Medical Product and 20+ years of Finance and Accounting experience. Throughout his career, he has partnered with and provided financial support for all elements of the business including Commercial, Manufacturing and Logistics. Bob has built a Finance and Accounting function that can support KREG’s strategic initiatives through cross-functional partnership, while creating a continuous improvement mindset within the Finance function to drive process improvement and enhancements.

As a leader, Bob has focused on empowering his team by developing a culture of accountability and employee development. This approach is rooted in the desire to bring out the best in people. Supporting and equipping his team to do great things is rewarding for both the company and the employee themselves.

Outside of the professional environment, Bob invests most of his free time in his family, which includes his wife Becky of 20 years and two children, Addison (13) and Owen (10). He enjoys attending, participating in, and/or coaching Addison’s and Owen’s various activities. In his personal time, he enjoys daily exercise, playing basketball, playing golf and of course cheering on the Indiana Hoosiers.

Carlos Portillo, Vice President of Manufacturing, has over 12 years of experience with Kreg in product development and process manufacturing. A United States Marine Corps veteran and an electrical/mechanical engineer by trade, Carlos holds numerous patents for his many product designs.

With a passion for technology, Carlos maintains his knowledge and expertise within the industry by completing and achieving many programs to include: (RAC) Regulatory Affairs Certificate Medical Devices, Risk Management Certificate (Medical Devices), Project Management Certificate, Quality Systems Regulation ISO 13485 Certificate, Medical Electrical Equipment and System IEC-60601-1 Certificate, Programmable System and Software Development Lifecycle Certificate IEC-60601-1 (62304 Compliance) Certificate. Carlos is also currently Enrolled in the Six-Sigma Education program at Villanova University.

Carlos spends time with his family, his wife Laura a Nurse practitioner, and is a proud father of a 9-year-old girl and a 7-year-old boy. In his spare time, he loves building Legos with his kids and staying up to date on the ever-changing technological landscape.

Nikki Stephens, Vice President of Clinical Operations, has been a Registered Nurse for 17 years, Advanced Practice Registered Nurse for 7 years and worked within the medical device industry for 15 years.

During her bedside career, Nikki worked as an Emergency Room Nurse, Federal Occupational Health Nurse, School Nurse, and most recently as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Nikki earned her BSN and MSN from Middle Tennessee State University and is a board-certified family nurse practitioner. Additionally, Nikki completed a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree through Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis in May 2019.

In her industry roles, Nikki is a clinical thought leader who works closely with interprofessional teams to improve clinical and operational outcomes and reduce preventable adverse events. Her industry roles include positions at Hillrom as Clinical Educator, Clinical Sales Executive, and Account Sales Executive

Based in Nashville, Nikki served as the chair of the Middle Tennessee Organization of Nurse Leaders 2014 through 2016. She also served the Middle Tennessee Advance Practice Registered Nurses Organization as the legislative chair in 2019 and as President from 2020 through 2022. She is a committed member of various other professional nursing organizations and is extremely passionate about patient-centered care. During her time at home, Nikki enjoys volunteer projects focused on improving community health.
