Francis is a Managing Partner of Milton Street Capital, where he is a member of the Investment Committee and oversees all firm activities including fundraising, investing, portfolio company management, and people development. Prior to co-founding Milton Street in 2016, he spent 11 years with The Sterling Group, where he participated in 6 platform investments and numerous add-on acquisitions, representing a total enterprise value in excess of $2 billion.

Paul is an independent director for Kreg Therapeutics. Across healthcare technology and life sciences markets, Paul has a proven track record for building high performing business teams, achieving successful global market expansion, EBITDA, and CAGR growth objectives. Paul’s career spans GE Healthcare, Life Technologies, and Hillrom. His last assignment was SVP, President – Patient Support Systems running a category leading $2 billion portfolio.

Hunter is Senior Partner of Milton Street Capital, where he is a member of the Investment Committee. Prior to co-founding Milton Street in 2016, he was the Managing Partner of Crane Nelson, a middle market private equity firm in Houston, where he led the investment in AgileCraft LLC and co-led its subsequent sale to Atlassian, Inc. Additionally, Hunter spent 20+ years with The Sterling Group, which he joined following the sale of Fiber Industries, where he served as Vice President of Administration and General Counsel.

Craig Poulos is the founder of Kreg Therapeutics (KT) and Kreg Medical (KM). As a diehard entrepreneur, he launched KT in 1996 without a single customer. His ultimate vision was to provide game-changing hospital beds that would help speed recovery for the most challenging patients.

Craig was the sole proprietor and president for both companies through 2021 and continued to serve both companies as the lead inventor and CEO through August 2022. He has been awarded over 20 US and international patents in the field of electromechanical medical devices for specialty hospital beds and mattresses, with six additional pending.

Craig received his MBA from DePaul University. He currently serves on the board of directors for KT and as president of Moxi Ventures Inc. and Ellias Capital LLC.

Dr. Urrea brings a wealth of clinical and regulatory experience and expertise to his board position. Dr. Urrea is a clinical global leader in Medical Affairs within the medical device industry who brings a global perspective in product development, evidence generation, and management of regulatory matters. He received his medical degree from the National University of Colombia in 2001 and holds a Master of Public Health from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public, and a Master of Science in Health Services Administration from Barry University.

Most recently, Dr. Urrea served as Vice President, Medical Affairs, at Hillrom/Baxter providing medical oversight for evidence generation and dissemination activities and offered guidance in product development, pipeline, and digital health strategy. Today, Dr. Urrea is the co-founder of PLU Ophthalmic, a medical device company helping ophthalmologists improve the surgical treatment of Glaucoma.

Christian Jorgensen joined Kreg Therapeutics as CEO in September 2022. His mission is to make Kreg Therapeutics the best alternative for hospitals to manage their complex patients. Prior to Kreg Therapeutics, Christian was the VP/GM of the Respiratory division at Baxter, in charge of leading the transformation from a respiratory device business into a chronic disease management organization. Prior to this role, he was the VP/GM of Latin America at Hillrom, where he received two CEO Awards for Outstanding Achievement for the execution of an extraordinary business turnaround. Before joining Baxter, Christian worked for Cardinal Health, a $140 billion Fortune-50 medical device manufacturer and distributor. He spent 8 years at Cardinal Health transitioning from numerous strategic and commercial market expansion roles.

Rob LaMielle, Vice President of Service and Operations, brings 30-plus years of experience in Medical Device Field Services to the Kreg Therapeutics Service and Operations organization.

Prior to joining the Kreg Therapeutics team in December 2022, Rob held the roles of Director-Global Services at Baxter International and Area Vice President of Service for Hillrom Corporation. Rob’s years of successful experience and recognized expertise drives continuous process improvements, leads organizational change, and develops and supports strategic planning for growth, along with executing key operational initiatives.

His passion for leading successful teams is complimented by a deep understanding of the critical importance of a field operations team that delivers total commitment to providing best-in-class customer service for caregivers and their patients.

Rob, his wife, and three children live near Denver Colorado.

Bob Ozelie, Chief Financial Officer, joined Kreg with over 15 years of Medical Product and 20+ years of Finance and Accounting experience. Throughout his career, he has partnered with and provided financial support for all elements of the business including Commercial, Manufacturing and Logistics. Bob has built a Finance and Accounting function that can support KREG’s strategic initiatives through cross-functional partnership, while creating a continuous improvement mindset within the Finance function to drive process improvement and enhancements.

As a leader, Bob has focused on empowering his team by developing a culture of accountability and employee development. This approach is rooted in the desire to bring out the best in people. Supporting and equipping his team to do great things is rewarding for both the company and the employee themselves.

Outside of the professional environment, Bob invests most of his free time in his family, which includes his wife Becky of 20 years and two children, Addison (13) and Owen (10). He enjoys attending, participating in, and/or coaching Addison’s and Owen’s various activities. In his personal time, he enjoys daily exercise, playing basketball, playing golf and of course cheering on the Indiana Hoosiers.

Carlos Portillo, Vice President of Manufacturing, has over 12 years of experience with Kreg in product development and process manufacturing. A United States Marine Corps veteran and an electrical/mechanical engineer by trade, Carlos holds numerous patents for his many product designs.

With a passion for technology, Carlos maintains his knowledge and expertise within the industry by completing and achieving many programs to include: (RAC) Regulatory Affairs Certificate Medical Devices, Risk Management Certificate (Medical Devices), Project Management Certificate, Quality Systems Regulation ISO 13485 Certificate, Medical Electrical Equipment and System IEC-60601-1 Certificate, Programmable System and Software Development Lifecycle Certificate IEC-60601-1 (62304 Compliance) Certificate. Carlos is also currently Enrolled in the Six-Sigma Education program at Villanova University.

Carlos spends time with his family, his wife Laura a Nurse practitioner, and is a proud father of a 9-year-old girl and a 7-year-old boy. In his spare time, he loves building Legos with his kids and staying up to date on the ever-changing technological landscape.

Eileen brings with her 22 years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist supporting patients in the hospital and the medical device industry. She has experience bedside in the acute care setting and over 14 years of experience in clinical and product management roles with companies like Hillrom, CareFusion and BD, to name a few.

Eileen resides in Riverside, California with her husband, two daughters and three dogs. She loves spending time with her family and friends, golfing, cooking, and enjoying music during her personal time.
