Chicago, IL — April 22, 2026 — Kreg Therapeutics LLC, a leader in specialty hospital beds announced today that it has filed a lawsuit against VitalGo Systems, Ltd., VitalGo, Inc., VitalGo NA LLC, VitalGo Systems, Inc., (collectively, “VitalGo”) and VitalGo’s owner Ohad Paz in The United States District Court for The Western District of Texas.

“We have invested significant resources into developing the proprietary technologies in our Catalyst® Bed” said Christian Jorgensen of Kreg Therapeutics. “We are taking this legal action to protect our innovations, our employees’ hard work, and our customers who are looking for reliable and safe In-Bed Verticalization solutions for their complex patients.”
Kreg Therapeutics is represented in this matter by ArentFox Schiff LLP.
